Youth Council of Cambodia Undertakes a Study Tour at the National Assembly Palace

In the afternoon of 29th December 2009, at the National Assembly Palace, H.E. Nhem Thavy, Secretary of the National Assembly’s Commission on Human Rights, Reception of Complaints, Investigation and National Assembly-Senate Relations, allowed a delegation of the Youth Council of Cambodia (YCC) to have a meeting with him during their study tour here. The purpose of the study tour and the meetings is to build up capacities for the YCC’s main working groups in disseminating and strengthening democracy in Cambodia’s grass-roots level.
